Take!
O Take! He is standing with hands open wide,
Take from all the fulness that Jesus provides!
It’s grace upon grace, that He’ll richly bestow,
It’s not that you’re worthy—but He loves you so.

This Jesus can turn mountains high unto plains,
Waves raging? Now peaceful. His power constrains,
From stones He can kindle the burning hot flame,
In faith reach and touch His great person and name!

Just take! He will give you, and He’ll give you all,
For Him nothing’s too big, and nothing’s too small!
The best—life eternal: of this He’s the source—
Approach Him, believing, and this will be yours!
