Destination: heaven

For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.
Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.

2 Corinthians 5:1; Luke 10:20

Destination: heaven
Having survived the concentration camp at Ravensbruck, Corrie Ten Boom travelled around the world witnessing the love of Jesus Christ as she had experienced it during the worst moments of her imprisonment. She took every opportunity to get her message across, sometimes even humorously.
One day, when she was preparing to return to Holland after a tour in the Far East, she went to book a flight with a number of intermediary stops: Hong Kong, Auckland, The Cape of Good Hope, Tel Aviv and Amstersdam.
"What is your final destination?" asked the employee. "Heaven," replied Corrie.
The air hostess was embarrassed, "How do you spell it?" Corrie obliged: H-E-A-V-E-N."
After a moment of reflection, the lady smiled and said to Corrie, "Ah, I understand. But that was not what I meant by my question."
"But that was what I was thinking of. But you needn't make a reservation for me there. I already have my ticket."
"You have your ticket for heaven? How did you get that?"
"It was about 2,000 years ago," answered Corrie. "Someone else paid for it for me. I only had to accept it. My benefactor's name is Jesus Christ, He paid by dying on the cross for my sins." Then she added: "Without a reservation, it is generally difficult to get a seat on one of your planes. But it's even worse if you want to get to heaven. I hope you book your place in time."
Today's reading: Ezekiel ch.30

In the hope of eternal life, which God, who cannot lie, promised before the ages of time, but has manifested in its own due season His word.

SOCIAL DEVIANTS!

A Christian can be described as a little Christ. While on earth, Christ exhibited integrity in all His utterances and actions. He said His children would do greater works. Are you born-again?
