Pray for God to heal you

‘Jesus…was moved with compassion toward them, and he healed their sick.’ Matthew 14:14 KJV

If you’re wondering, ‘How can I be sure God is willing to heal me?’, read this:

‘A man with leprosy came to Him and begged Him on his knees, ‘If You are willing, You can make me clean.’ Jesus was indignant. He reached out His hand and touched the man. ‘I am willing,’ He said. ‘Be clean!’ Immediately the leprosy left him and he was cleansed.

(Mark 1:40-42 NIV) Not only is God willing to heal us, but He responds to our sickness and suffering with compassion. ‘When Jesus heard what had happened, He withdrew by boat privately to a solitary place. Hearing of this, the crowds followed Him on foot from the towns. When Jesus landed and saw a large crowd, He had compassion on them and healed their sick.’ (Matthew 14:13-14 NIV) ‘Two blind men were sitting by the roadside, and when they heard that Jesus was going by, they shouted, “Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us.” (v.30)…And Jesus…said, “What do you want me to do for you?” he asked. “Lord,” they answered, “we want our sight.” Jesus had compassion on them and touched their eyes. Immediately they received their sight and followed him.’ (Matthew 20:32-34 NIV) Has Christ’s power diminished? No. Does He have less compassion toward His redeemed children today than He had for the multitude back then? No. So, come to Him with confidence, praying and believing for your healing.

LIFE IN ABUNDANCE 1

Under normal circumstances, no human being desires to be a nonentity. The various forces in the world however, are responsible for many people spending their entire life amounting to nothing and dwelling in the valley of not-well-to-do persons. The Almighty God Himself in making man did not intend for him to be a...More

Thoughts on the Epistle to the Romans (10)
A spiritual treasure had been entrusted to the apostle Paul that he wished to share with the Christians in Rome. It did not come from his own abilities or knowledge. What he wished to impart to them he had himself received...More
