Be Patientâ€”The Lord Is Coming
James encourages the oppressed brethren to be patient and wait for the coming of the Lord. Their deliverance would come and their patience be rewarded. Let us not forget that like the farmer who waits for the precious fruit of the earth, the Lord waits patiently to gather His precious fruit. The fruit is the fruit of ). This pouring out of the Spirit will be as "the latter rain." How soon He may gather in His harvest! Therefore, be patient, brethren.
