What remains eternally

Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will by no means pass away.

Jesus Christ is the same, yesterday, today, and for ever.

Luke 21: 33; Hebrews 13: 8.

What remains eternally
We are sometimes anxious owing to the instability of things in this world, where everything can change so quickly. God, however, reassures us by drawing our attention to what remains eternally.

"The Christ remains for ever" . In the context the word "righteousness" signifies the good done by the believer (not to attain salvation, but out of gratitude for receiving
it). God is aware of all that we do for Him, and it will find its reward in eternity. What grace!

Christian friends, we need have no fear: our blessings are eternal.
