Living serenely in a troubled world
Our future is becoming increasingly uncertain. The planet is in danger, life is being increasingly degraded, the rate of unemployment is growing, corruption and violence attract attention in the media. How can we enjoy living in this terrifying context?

Must we behave like the ostrich, i.e. ignore the news and think solely of oneself? Must we seek the maximum benefit from the present moment? In other words: ? The apostle Peter slept peacefully in prison when king Herod was about to have him executed. Such calmness we, too, can have, whatever the circumstances, if, like Peter, we put our trust in God.
