Today's text reminds us of the importance of sowing for the Spirit and not for the flesh. If we sow for the Spirit we begin to sense the joyful effects of harvesting in our life. But sowing does not germinate overnight. We sometimes have the impression that nothing is happening. Let us be assured that God, in His grace, has saved us and justified us through the work of Christ. His work also enables us to reckon ourselves to be .
