Funny people
You have probably met people offering a gospel, a tract or a Christian calendar despite critical looks or contempt. Or you have heard Christians speaking to others of Jesus Christ, inviting everyone to get to know Him. What incites these believers to spend their time and energy evangelising in their neighbourhood, despite hostile reactions? Perhaps you think, "Funny people!"

Spreading the good news of God's salvation through Jesus Christ is one of the great missions of believers, to whom Jesus said, "You shall be my witnesses." God's message of grace is at the heart of their thoughts and life. All who have understood the love of Jesus, their Saviour, wish to make known and share their happiness. They are motivated by "the love of God poured out" in their hearts by the Holy Spirit ).
