The reality star was accused of spying on her ex-husband Lenny, which resulted in a felony charge.

Lisa Hochstein has turned herself in following allegations that she was spying on her ex-husband, Lenny Hochstein.

"Lisa voluntarily turned herself in to be processed. She will be released on her own recognizance," her attorney, Jayne Weintraub, told Entertainment Weekly in a statement Wednesday.

According to TMZ, the Real Housewives of Miami star was accused of spying on Lenny, which resulted in a felony charge. Weintraub told the publication that the reality star "has nothing to hide," and her turning herself in was part of a prearranged agreement that was set earlier this week.

Prosecutors previously alleged that Lisa “unlawfully and intentionally” attempted to intercept communications involving her ex-husband, referring to an incident that happened more than three years ago, in March 2023, when Lenny accused Lisa of allegedly placing a "listening device" in his car.

It is unclear whether they have formally filed charges against her.
