The Prince and Princess of Wales are treating their kids to a day out for the Wimbledon men’s singles final, though their youngest, Prince Louis, stayed home once again

Princess Charlotte and Prince George are back at Wimbledon

Kate Middleton is the patron of the club where Wimbledon is held and started bringing her children to the competition in 2022

Prince Louis, 8, did not join his siblings and parents at the outing, and he has yet to make his Wimbledon debut

Princess Charlotte and Prince George are continuing a summer tradition with their mom, Kate Middleton, and dad, Prince William!

The Prince and Princess of Wales, both 44, brought their two eldest children to the Wimbledon Tennis Championships in London for the men's singles final on Sunday, July 12. The family received a standing ovation as they entered the coveted Royal Box to take their seats alongside famous faces like Anna Wintour, Nicole Kidman, Jennifer Lopez, Andrew Garfield, Tom Hiddleston, Rami Malek, Ben Stiller and more.

Prince George, 12, and Princess Charlotte, 11, have seen a few of the men's championship matches at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in London over recent years. This year, they'll watch Italy's Jannik Sinner attempt to repeat his 2025 victory with a win over Germany's Alexander Zverev.

The family kept with the Royal Box's dress code for the event, with Kate in a sage green cape dress by Emilia Wickstead and Charlotte in a royal blue sundress that was nearly a perfect match for the one her mom wore to the men's final last year. Meanwhile, William and George were matching in dark blue suits and ties.

The Princess of Wales is the proud patron of the club where Wimbledon is held and has the honor of presenting the finals' prizes, and she has brought her tennis-playing kids to the competition since 2022.

Princess Kate and Prince William brought Prince George for the first time in July 2022, when he was 8. George was just a few days away from his 9th birthday and watched the men's singles final with his mom and dad.

The following summer, Princess Charlotte made her Wimbledon debut, also at age 8, attending the same event with her parents and George in July 2023. The royal siblings were animated fans in the stands and erupted in cheers when Carlos Alcaraz of Spain clinched the win.

Princess Charlotte had a girls' day out at Wimbledon with her mom and aunt Pippa at the men's singles final in July 2024, where the Princess of Wales was greeted with a standing ovation amid her treatment for cancer.

The outing was significant as one of Princess Kate's first public appearances after she shared in March 2024 that she was receiving treatment for cancer, and Charlotte looked on with love as her mom was met with thunderous applause. The Princess of Wales later announced in January 2025 that she is in remission from the undisclosed form of cancer.

Last summer, Princess Kate made Wimbledon's men's singles finals a family affair again and brought Prince William, Prince George and Princess Charlotte with her.

George and Charlotte both smartly packed their sunglasses for their prime spots in the Royal Box and took home a special souvenir: tennis balls signed by Sinner after his big win.

The family linked up with the champ after the match wrapped, where the Italian tennis player signed three tennis balls for the kids, including one for William and Kate's youngest son, Prince Louis, now 8.

"We brought one for their brother as well," Princess Kate explained, as Prince William added, "Louis would be very upset otherwise," and they both laughed.
