When Tiger Woods Will Probably Announce His Masters Decision

It's been reported multiple times this week that Tiger Woods is exhausting every option to see if he can compete at Augusta National. So, when will we find out Woods' status for the Masters?

Dan Rapoport of Golf Digest believes Woods will announce his decision for the 2022 Masters on Friday.

"When he's been on the fence about playing the Masters, Tiger has historically announced his decision on Friday before the tournament," Rapoport tweeted. "That's tomorrow. Tomorrow is April Fool's Day. I'm sure this won't cause any confusion at all."

During an appearance on the Golf Central podcast, Rex Hoggard of Golf Channel had an update on Woods. He said the 15-time major champion's game has returned to form.

"What I've heard from people in South Florida - the actual game itself; ball speed, club head speed, it's all there, it's all back," Hoggard said.

Golf fans around the world are certainly hoping Woods will return to the PGA Tour next week.

The Masters officially begins on April 7.
